Hi Steve,
you don't specify any years so it is a bit difficult. However if your timespan covers the 1901 census- you could go to www.leitrim-roscommon.com adn then follow the leads to 1901 census. Part of Wexford has been transcribed and luckily Clongeen parish is fully done.
When searching the database - specify county- Wexford :  parish- Clongeen and then Crowley in 'others enumerated in household'.
I hope you find what you want.
Best wishes

Hi Steve,
I'm here again - apologies if you think I'm interfering. By mentioning your gt uncle's birth you put the family into the 1901 census time frame.
I am finding it hard to believe- although I do know that it is possible with repeated family names- that in Loughnageer which seems to have only about 30 entries that the Peter and Johanna Crowley are not yours.
What is Johanna's name on the birth registration? Here the family are living with her mother Catherine Whelane. There  is a 10 yr old boy, Thomas and an older boy- again ages were often not quite correct in censuses.
best wishes
