I am sure some of you are wondering, as I did when I spotted this site what this is all about. I take the liberty of quoting the first paragraph on this site - What is an On-Line Parish Clerk?
An On-Line Parish Clerk (OPC) is a genealogist who takes an interest in a particular parish and collects records relating to that parish that could be of use to fellow genealogists. OPCs have no legal status whatsoever. They do not keep the original records; they do not live in the parish (many don't live on the same continent!); they do not attend council meetings; they cannot conduct marriages!

It appears that there is no OPC for Barnstaple anymore although the Barnstaple page still comes up. Anyone know anymore please ??
