I would be grateful if someone could look up the baptism of Thomas McCann born about 1830 in Stirling and/or his household in the 1841 Census.

Hi Dimps,

I had a look at the BVR's but it doesn't have any Thomas McCanns born in Stirlingshire 1830 +/- 5 years.

There only appears to be one Thomas listed in Scotland (again 1830 +/- 5 years) and that's this one:

Thomas MCCANN
Birth Date: 24 Sep 1831   
Christening Date: 9 Oct 1831
Recorded in: Hamilton, Lanarkshire, Scotland
Father:   James MCCANN
Mother:   Anne JOHNSON

Sorry I couldn't be more help, I someone finds him for you in the 1841 Cencus.
