Hello,
I am looking for an Amelia Nottingham, born 1833/34 in St. Neots, Huntingdonshire and her family.
She is living in St. Neots in the 1851 census but is in service and not with her family.
Is it possible that someone could do a lookup for me.
please.

In 1851 there's only one other Nottingham family in St Neots, John head widower 60 tailor b Girtford Beds, and son James 13 b St Neots, living in the High St, so there must be a fair chance that they're her family. And sure enough:

Cambridge St, St Neots
John Nottingham 45 Tailor not born in county
Letitia Nottingham 18
William Nottingham 14
Elizabeth Nottingham 10
Amelia Nottingham 8
James Nottingham 4

There are the following Nottingham burials in St Neots

Elizabeth 7 March 1830 age 5
James 18 Dec 1831 age 3
Adelaide 26 Dec 1836 age 2
Sarah 8 May 1840 age 45
John 23 Jan 1867 age 79

Hunts Marriage Index has a marriage in 1824 in St Neots between John Nottingham and Sarah Wiles

IGI controlled extract has christening of John Nothingham on 22 Nov 1790 at Sandy, son of William and Ann. Girtford is a hamlet in Sandy.
