I'm posting this on the Berks list as well.

I'm looking for the baptism of BENJAMIN TYCE (TICE) in about 1750 and his father JOHN. I can't find either on the IGI.

I've just discovered he was the father of my illegitimate greatx4 grandfather BENJAMIN CROCKFORD, who was baptised in Easthampstead, Berks.

However, I've just borrowed some Great Marlow, Bucks  parish transcripts and discovered the marriage of a BENJAMIN TICE to SARAH SMITH in 1781, which could well be 'my' Benjamin!

Unfortunately, no sign of his baptism!

Does anyone have TICE/TYCE in their tree? Or could anyone help?
