There isn't a CD that I kmow of, but the Norfolk Record Office does have a reasonably sized collection of non-conformist registers. The collection goes by the prefix FC (Free Church) and as I see from your other post that you do get the the NRO it is catalogued in the yellow folders to the right of the red main parish catalogues.
