Looking for the family of Elizabeth (nee Marriner) and George Pimlott. Living in Rusholme in the 1881 census with children Annie, Caroline, Jno Marrinin, Geo Wm, James and Elizabeth. They have a John W Johnson,  Elizabeth's nephew living there. By 1901 census Annie is the head of house so Elizabeth and George could have died.  There is also another son named Charles and the nephew is no longer there. Thanks

I found Elizabeth and Georges Wedding in Longton, Cumberland in the March qtr of 1867 10b 505.

Once you have your certifcate you will then know a little more about Elizabeth's Father.

I expect that Elizabeth's parents were originally not from Cumberland as Marriner is not a Cumberland name normally. I expect they would have come from Durham, Yorkshire or even Lancashire  Roll Eyes

Thanks for the information you have sent but I already know Elizabeth's family.  The Marriners are listed as far back as 1783 in Longtown. It is more who her husband'' family where and the family after 1901. Who they are married to and where are they? Anyway thanks again.
