Draper - census/birth/death lookup

I have a reference to a George Draper from IGI born
18 - 01- 1838 at Grove to a George and Elizabeth Draper.

I need to find out if this is the same family on 1851 census. A son George is listed that fits birth date.

Also is this the same George Draper who died Sept quarter 1880 in Aylesbury.
Is there any reference to his middle name as Bulmer on any of these.

Long shot, I know, but I'd be grateful if someone could try. Undecided

With reference to the above can anyone check in the Aylesbury area
for a death.
