I did a search and it looks as if it was a Tavern

Can't find it in any of my books

Hello

I think it is alternatively called Folley House.  It is in Blackwall Reach which is a part of the Blackwall docks on the Isle of Dogs.  There was a pub called the Folly House Tavern right on the docks just off Manchester Road.  In the area there are various other buildings with Folly in it, boiler works, customs house etc. all related to the  maritime industries and generally associated with the East India Companies.

You might contact the Port of London or the National Maritime Museum for further information to pinpoint your building.

Good luck
