NEWBERY/ANSELL Marriage 1733 ~ Ickleford

Can SKP look up the marriage of Arabella Ansell and Joseph Newbery in the parish records of Ickleford ~ 24 Oct 1733.  I would like to know if there is any additional information about Joseph Newbery as I have been unable to find a birth for him [I have Arabella's in 1715]. Their children were all born in Arlesey between 1734 and 1760ish.

Joseph died in Arlesey, Beds in 1766 ~ does his death/burial record indicate his age.

Hi Laurina,

The Ickleford PRs for this period are a bit frail but the 1733 entry reads   ...   24 October Joseph Newberry and Arabella Ansell married by Banns.

Just found this thread when searching the index for Arlesey Newberrys.

3 Dec 1766 burial Joseph Newbury, labourer

Ages in Arlesey were only given from Dec 1808 onwards

Have you found out if there's any significance to his name on the 1736 baptism of his son Joseph - Joseph Newberry alias Monk?
