Hi Pat, RajahNZ [we have messaged before], SM [and anyone else interested in these posts].

I too have Garwoods in my tree and wondered whether there is a connection to any of you.

I have a Dorothy Garwood b c1709 Kettleburg or Wilby, Suffolk. She married 30.07.1730 Kettleburg to a John Baldry b 1709 Wortham, Suffolk. Unfortunately I have no other info on her.

So far I only have one person named Dorothy in my tree - she is in New Zealand and on the other side of the family.

I know a ralph garwood from Felsham. hes about 73 years old

looking fro John and elizabeth REAY. 1796C Elizabeth from Whitby. (? john died in durham area)
Eldest child Edward baptised in Upleatham yorkshire.
aslo for Elizabeth Huh

remarried between 1841 and 1851 to mr Murrey. she moved from Durham area to Hartlepool

Hi there
The only info I have on my Garwoood goes way back - Dorothy Garwood b c1709 Kettleburg or Wilby, Suffolk, mar 1730 Kettleburg to a John Baldry. I'd need a bit more info from you to see whether there's a connection or not.
