I'd appreciate details of the above, born ~ 1803.

On the 1851 census William is listed as working for Daniel Dickinson at "Dawson Fold", Crosthwaite-cum-Lyth.

William Walling 35 ag lab seems to be still working for John Dickinson 65 farmer

so John must have died before 51 census
