I was kindly wondering if someone could help me with the 1861 Census - Derbyshire
I am looking for information of everyone listed in the household along with 'child', Alfred Wood born in 1855 Nottinghamshire, (age 6 years old) residing in Derbyshire. Unfortuantely, other family members and the name of the head of household is unknown to me, as well as page numbers etc. This is the only Alfred that I have found in the index that matches, his name, year, and place of birth. Would very much appreciate further information this census contains.
Thank you all very much, for any assistance you may be able to help me with.
Adeline

Hi Darcy,
Yes, I am almost certain that is Alfred Wood that I have been desperately looking for! It only makes sense, that Alfred's eldest son was named after his father........Frederick. This will definatley help me, to sort out more pieces to the puzzle, as this is one of the most difficult families I have ever researched.
Thank you very much for taking your time to help me, it is greatly appreciated at my end.
Thanks a million Darcy!!!
