1841 lookup please - Bird - Stoke

I am looking to find a William Bird in Stoke on Trent in 1841 - Not sure of age but he will have a son called Thomas who is about 8-10 years old - he could possibly be a maltster (occupation given on Thomas's marriage certificate in 1861).  He probably originates from the Tamworth area as that is where Thomas was born.

Any help would be much appreciated.
