High Halden BOOTS parish & 1841

Does anyone have access to the High Halden parish register? Looking for baptisms of Thomas (1795) James (1796) and William (1801) Boots. If not where might I be able to find the registers? Also any record of James and William in the 1841 census (Thomas had emigrated to Australia).

Looking at these census entries and the Mid Kent Marriage Index http://woodchurchancestry.org.uk/midkentmarriages/index.php it looks as though William was married twice.
