I would like to sing praises to Karen M, over the last few weeks she has helped me solve a mystery I have had with my family tree for years, I really thought there was no solution till Karen came to my rescue, I have noticed she has helped others and I feel she should be praised. It is people like me who don't know where to find the information till someone like Karen M comes to the rescue and they deserve a thank you.. So often people who help on these message boards don't get the thanks they deserve.Good luck Karen, keep up the good work.
best regards
LOUISA MAUD

Yes, I wholeheartedly agree with you, everyone needs a HUGE THANK YOU on any of these boards, they take the time and trouble all free of charge. Karen in particular worked hard to help me solve my mystery, prior to that others had helped in other ways, so yes I do agree with you everyone needs a thank you, so often you see replies and then no thanks or even a message in reply to say that the help was leading into the right direction.
Happy hunting everyone

Louisa Maud

yes I too agree with all that has been said Karen has gone out of her way to help me and a lot of her work is done behind closed doors so no one sees the tremendous amount of work she really does thank you Karen

Thanks, all, that's sweet...We really enjoy it, as you can tell...nothing like a good mystery ( solved, that is...) Karen is aces and I enjoy working with her. Wish I could keep up, mind you... I would like to add Eillo, Tom, Denise, Martha, Thelma& Josephine...without whom I would know nothing of Canadian resources, as I had never done them before...Sorry if I missed anyone... And while I'm in the Genealogical Mutual Admiration Society....let's not forget our moderator, Valerie, who has tons on her hands in the rootschat U.S. Immigration but still finds time to come in and organize things in Canada...
Thanks for letting us peek into your ancestry!
and you thought they went on and on in the Academy awards! J.J.
By the way,Denise really hit the ground running as she was helping us right when she first joined!!
