Hi
Looking for information about my Grandfather Francis Brennan and his family.
Born in Kilkenny c1884/1885.

I have his marriage certificate and his Fathers name is Martin Brennan. When Francis married he was living at 6 Ramsey Street, Stanley,Co Durham. He was married in St Joseph and the Sacred Heart Church West Stanley.

I did find a family in the  1881 census Father's name Martin and Mother's name Maria. Both born in Ireland.

Children
Michael         born Ireland c1873
Margaret       born Ireland c1874
James           born Newburn Nothumberland c1875
John             born Newburn         c1877
Stephen       born  Newburn        c1879
Catherine     born Newburn         c1880

and then in the 1901 census

Same Parents but discrepancy in their age from the first census and it says now that they are all born in Bishop Auchkland Durham.
other children are
Martin             born c1882    Bishop Auckland
Francis            born c1885    Bishop Auckland
Mary               born  c1886   Bishop Auckland
Elizabeth        born  c1889    Bishop Auckland

John and Catherine are also still living at home.

My Grandfather always told me that all the children were born in Kilkenny, but so far have had no luck in tracing any of the births of the children in England or Ireland.
Any help greatly appreciated
