Hi Heather

Sorry we haven't been able to help you so far on this one.

Have you made any progress,  or do you have any further details that could help someone to find what you are looking for?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes

My grandfather was John Charles Sommerville, born in London in 1898. However I can find out little about his father, also John Charles, so do not know if there is any Scottish connection. I know that this John Charles was down as a Hotel Cook on my gfather's birth cert. and his Mother was Alice emily Ginn.
