Does anyone have any information about the parents of Thomas James Whitford, born in Falmouth in the first quarter of 1891, I've hit a dead end!

It would appear daughter Beatrice was enumerated twice on the 1891 census. Once with her parents and once very conveniently with her grandmother where she probably stayed the night.

You will need the details of the marriage and James' father to be certain when tracking him on earlier censuses as it looks like on the 1881 and the 1901 censuses he was at sea. They would have been useful censuses to confirm that the details of the 1891 census are correct.
