Industrial accidents/deaths
« on: Saturday 11 March 06 15:19 GMT (UK) »

William Toolan, age 13. son of Thomas and Jane Toolan, died on 26 November 1864 as a result of a lacerated arm. he was a worker in the printfield. He lived in Campsie and died in Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
Would this have been mentioned in any newspaper or would it have been too common an occurence to merit a mention?
