It's a bit more than that - you've got to be able to plough a straight furrow as well as being the fastest to plough a given area.

There would probably be reports in the local paper - you don't say what dates you are looking at.

Isasc Hambrook who I am looking for was born 1820. so am guessing anything from 1840 - 1860.


  I had a look on line and couldn't find anything for old matches.
