Goodman in Burrough

Am looking for Goodman in Burrough (On The Hill) Leicestershire, Joseph Goodman b.1815 in Burrough, married in Melton Mowbray in 1840. Theres a James Goodman b.1768 in Burrough but I cannot make a definate connection. 
Can anyone find a deffinate parent for Joseph Goodman ?

Father :- James Goodman.
Mother Elizabeth.

There was only one Goodman in Burrough
on the 1841. Census
William 35. Servant NOT Born within the County
within the Household of
Mary Peake 50 of Independent means

     It seems by 1841 they have moved to Melton Mowbray. I have the parish records of Burrough comming so it will be interesting to see if I can trace them back further.
