Hi there,
Could someone kindly look up James Porteous and Mary Lucock in 1841 for me please. In 1851 they were living in Crow HAll, Brampton if that is of any help, and would have 2 children by then; Isabella(4) and Thomas (2).

Thanks so much for the 1841 information, I appreciate you taking the time to do it (especially as I understand you recently had a baby...you must be busy enough!). Re. the missing Mary, I've just realised that James was probably between wives then . How sad.
Anyway, thanks again for your help.
