Nadine, your website uses frames. The left frame links to the menu on the left. The right frame links to the main page. These are separate HTML pages (it's just that the index.html page links to both and appears like it is one page). Each frame therefore has their own "Local and Family History Webspace donated by: www.RootsChat.com" on them. The same happens on my website on my trees page because I have used an iframe.
There are ways to get around it but they're more complicated and I don't know the code for them off the top of my head.

I used to have frames on my site (built with NetObjects Fusion 7). I had some problems with them, and I also read that they are search engine unfriendly. So I got rid of them!
If you want to do likewise, I suggest saving your site under a different name, experiment with removing the frames, and see the results on a local publish. When you're happy with the results you can then save the resulting NOF site back under the original filename.
You set the frames under the MasterBorder properties, second tab from the right.
