Rootschat web site???

Some time ago, I applied for a rootschat web site. Since then I had a fatal hard drive problem and lost all my emails (amongst other things). I no longer know how to find my web site or how to upload to it.....or anything at all really. Can some kind person point me in the right direction, please?
