How do I put up a pic on a post?

Hi Bob
Wondering how to get an image onto a post? I click on the add image/pic at the bottom but only get all the boxes for replies/notifications/locked topic?
There doesnt seem to be a link to attach an image on my screen anyway. Just tried it here and it worked on this page without a problem?? Now I am confused Huh
