Smiths in Minto

 :-\I have a Joseph Smith born in Minto in 1754. His parents are Joseph Smith and Isabel Gildroy married Minto 25 June 1748. I believe he may have had a brother Andrew who says he was born in Minto in Parish record in Northuberland. Both Joseph and Andrew appear in Chatton in Northumberland in the 1770's. I cannot find an Andrew Smith in Minto parish records - can anyone recommend where else I should search? I am also trying to find out if Joseph the father may be the Joseph smith born in Ancrum in 1719. Any suggestions to go forward would be greatly appreciated.javascript:replaceText('%20:-//',%20document.postmodify.message);
