FAQ: Can't enter SIT, "please log in"

When i try to log into my surnames it tells me to log in ( which i have already done) , so i log in again and click the SIT and it still tells me to log in again??

What is wrong? I'm going round in circles.

Hi Pauline,

this could be a cookie problem.  You may need to delete your cookies and ty again.
But make sure you know all your passwords before you do that, in case you have any sites where you always stay logged in.
