I agree with you Kerry, but I thought I'd just point out that Firefox is 5.0MB and Opera is 3.7MB so I think your 60MB was a bit exaggerated

Sorry Andrew, I was actually thinking about Open Office which was 60mb and I waited to have Broadband before I downloaded. Otherwise it would have taken me weeks!!!
Saying that 5mb still can take a long time to download when you only have broadband!
My parents have dial up, they use the computer so infrequently and dial up has become even slower these days. It is painful!

You can usually get Open Office on computer mag cover discs if you are concerned about downloading.

That's exactly my point! Good on the makers of Open Office for providing alternative methods of getting hold of OO if you have dial up and can't download off the web. I believe you can also buy a disc for a small fee.
They don't prejudice against dial up users and neither should website creators!
