Help please!!!

I thought I had Louisa Florence Punnett sorted on my family tree. Huh

marriage Christ Church Folkestone
11 July 1882
William Coombs 30 bachelor Pte R E. father William Coombs
Louisa Florence Punnett 25 spinster father John Punnett labourer
witnesses J Wright Aldington and Emma Punnett

Age correct for my Louisa, Fathers name correct, sister Emma, J Wright possibly from Aldington and not another surname. Louisa'a Mothers maiden name was Wright. BUT

On the marriage certificate for her sister Annie Punnett the witnesses are Louisa Florence and John Smith.

They married in the June Q 1884 in the West Ashford area. I know there may have been two Louisa Punnetts, but have only found the one. Were marriage's annulled then or could this have been a bigamous marriage. I do not have a certificate for the second marriage but certain census material points to this being my Louisa.

Questions, I do not have the name Florence on Louisa's birth certificate. Were other names added often

Were many births not registered as the local office cannot find that Annie Mary Punnett was registered (not as Mary Ann either) with parents John and Emma.
