LITTLE & LONDON fAMILIES

Can someone please tell me how to search for the LITTLE family or the LONDON family without getting every single post containing the word little - which also comes when it is part of a word.
Of course london is a part of so many place names it just isn't funny.
I am a klutz with the computer and I just cannot find a way around this.
