Hi,
Hoping for some help in finding, Lewis Hindley or Hendley, in 1854 he was Vicar/Rector  of   Upton-cum-Chalvey,Bucks,regret this is the only info I have,so I realise it's a long shot.

Hi Whiza

Not sure if this is any help to you. On the 1851 census there is a John Hindley living in Upton cum Chalvey. He is an Assistant Surgeon MRCS,LAC aged 24 born Woolwich, Kent.

The address is Brunswick Place, Upton cum Chalvey & he is living with Henry M Champneys, Surgeon.

Maybe he is your Lewis's brother. Huh??
