Hi Sue,
there are a few Hartshon families in Benthall,the one you want has children right age,also a Sarah age 5,but parents ages are down as 25 (which usually means 25-29) having said that census ages are very often wrong,

Well at least you haven't been absent as long as me! Sorry, work commitments just keep me so busy sometimes. I have some pictures of Benthall hall, the little church stands beside the hall.....taken on ,my doggie walks.
Hartshorne is quite a well known name in Broseley, though I was unable to locate any in the churchyard. However I mentioned what I was looking for to some folks in the churchyard and they tell me there are some in the main Brosely cemetry, I'll take a look next time I'm passing....with my dog!!
