1861census Shalford

Is it possible to check an address in the 1861 census. I have a birth certificate for Alice Julia Carter born Noc 1859 who was born in Churches End, Shalford. In the 1861 census she is living with mother Hannah and her parents  Thomas and Sarah Carter (Carder). They are in Lower Green Wethersfield and all shown as born Wethersfiedl where as Julia is born Shalford. No father is shown on the birth certificate but Hannah later married James Cornell born Shalford and living in Hulls Shaflord in the 1861 census. Julia's marriage cert shows her as Julia Carter Cornell with James as father.  Could it be that he was her real father ?

Church End, or Churches End, Shalford, is an area of the parish, not one house.
1861 has several pages of names.

However, the first entry may be of interest:

1861 Shalford   RG9 1113 121 p4

Church's End
Kezia Carter, head, mar, 32, Bricklayers Wife, b. Wethersfield
Ellen Carter, dau, 5, b. Wethersfield
Arthur Carter, son, 3, b. Shalford

Possible Hannah went to stay with relatives for the birth?

You could well be right there as it would have been less awkward to have the child elsewhere. The adress wes probably kept vague for that very reason.
