I did a search on Family Search - IGI
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=igi/search_IGI.asp&clear_form=true
for an Abraham SIMPSON born 1820 +/- 5 yrs in Westmorland & only came
up with 2 entries & only one of these with father Joseph.
I then just put in father Joseph & mother Dorothy (as given on Abraham’s entry)
& came up with the following Christenings for these children for a Joseph &
a Dorothy. You will still need to check that these are all the same family & that
this Abraham is yours. They were all IGI not member submitted.
