My apologies Anne

I obviously overlooked your entry about the deaths when I was scanning through.

Did not mean to be an inconvenience.

Thanks for all your help

Hi all!!!
thanks for this interesting thread - I have been in the UK for two weeks so missed it all!
Sharleen have you contacted John Dewar my brother in law, regarding the Dewar side of things?

Hi Ruth,

Sorry I did not reply immediately, but I was out of town for a few days.

I went back through my mails and saw that I did not have an email address for John Dewar but just a note asking you to ask him to drop me a line.  If you would like to send me an email address on my personal site I will certainly drop him a line.

On that note I thought I might mention that I managed to touch base with Nigel Juckes and we are corresponding sporadically.  Actually while I was in SA (for my mom's surgery) I managed to have a chat with him on the phone.

It was on this visit that I found the grave site photo for James Hudson and a great pic of his brother Leonard with my dad as a young baby.  I also found a nice pic of Janet Cairns Aitken with Frederick William Hudson.  The grave site is what started this thread.

My mom's home is like a treasure trove of photo's.  Just a pity nobody bothered to write on them.    Who knows what I did not find.

Have a great day
Sharleen
