I had a post on the Midlothian board and hadn't realised this one was here until someone pointed me in the right direction!
I have an obituary from 1923 with a photo that I would love to see a better copy of. It is taken by Drummond Shiels of Edinburgh. Does anyone know if this is possible in any way? I am wondering if the photos from this studio are still around anywhere?
I have a photocopy of the obit which was made in the early 80s when they were not so good as they are now and it was from a raggedy newspaper cutting.
I do not know which newspaper it is from, although it is not 'The Scotsman' as they have a different obituary for him.
