Hi Valry,

Regarding John, he was the grandson of my gg grandfather, Rees Palmer, born in Angle, Pembs in 1797. He was also a lighthouse keeper (Caldy & Marcross). I have a lot of info re the Palmers and would love to swop info. We also have a web site which I can arrange for you to have access to, if interested. I am new to this and am not up to speed on using this site so perhaps you can tell me how we swop e-mail addresses.

Thanks

Ken

Hi Ken,

Thanks for your message.  Rees Palmer born Angle is my husbands ggg Grandfather, his grandfather being Thomas Samuel b 1882 in Penarth son of Thomas Rees and Sarah Ann Budd.  It's great to hear from someone researching the same tree.  I will send you a pm with my email address.    I have to admit I have had a little peep at your web site which I accessed from your profile and we have so much of the same information.  It is amazing to see some of the photos with folk I have been wondering about especially Rees and Elizabeth.  Yes definitely, we can help each other.  You will find that this site is wonderful and everyone is so helpful but sometimes you don't get a lot done as there are so many interesting topics taking place. - Email address to follow - Valry

ALSO

TO KALI,

Thanks so much for resurrecting this topic and just to let you know I have received the information on the death of John.   Just a small piece but fills a large hole in the research.  Thanks so much for your time - Valry
