Unless someone is doing this tree the only way to get an exact date of birth is to buy the certificate or find a baptism record that shows the dob as well.  You do not give any indication of the area.   North Yorks is a big place!
There is a registration for Allan William Moll in Oct - Dec quarter 1895 York ref 9d 6.
Note the spelling of Allan.
