The above is an index to the 1891 in Kent, arranged in families with relationships and origins.

Simply use the search facility to browse by surname or place name. I found quite a few from South Shields but none I can claim for my own....surnames such as HEPPEL, RHIND, HECKELS, PURVIS, PANTRY, to name a few.
