I have a Margaret Marshall born in 1844 in haydon bridge Northumberland , father-Joseph Angus Marshall mother Ann Pickering

She was supposedly to have died in 1915 in Rochester New York

I wanted to find some records of her life or migration to America , I guess she would have gone in the 1870s (late)
or early 1880s

She was living at Elswick Row, Elswick in 1861 and she was a dressmaker.

Some more information------

She married a James Mitchell in Newcastle in 1872 about  , and had a daughter called Annie Marion Mitchell in 1873.

They would have migrated between 1873-1895

Marion married a Douglas Reid clarkson in sep 1895.

Hi, This appears to be your    Margaret Mitchell.  Died 9th December 1915 of Diabetes. age 69. Hobart St Rochester.   Buried Mt Hope grave no SW 1/4 132 R-6
James Mitchell Died 28th december 1908 Senility. age 61. died Filman St Rochester.  buried Mt Hope with Margaret. SW 1/4 132 R-6.

There is also another Margaret J  Mitchell died 6th May of Peritenitus age 43  died 180 Adam Street. NE 1/4 194 R-6.  Was this a Daughter that never married ?  Hope this help. I wil look up more details for you.
