I do have one branch that went to live in Cottingham though he may have lived in Hull city too. His name was Arthur Bullivant and he was born in 1890. I know he was in Cottingham in 1926 but I don't know a lot about his family yet . There are other Bullivants in Hull who came direct from Lincolnshire and one branch from Nottinghamshire Askham. I don't know if the ones down your street are related to us. Do you remember any Yorkshire connections or any of their names?

Thanks I'm always interested in Bullivants especially pre 1837. If they don't always link easily with my family I still collect them and pass them onto other Bullivant searchers. I hope eventually to build up a database for all Bullivant searchers.

Hi again, sorry no photos. Did you know that the other Bullivant -Vigers marriage was in 1885 and was between Rosa May Bullivant and Leslie Robert Vigers. Leslie was named as one of the executors in the will of William Munton Bullivant. Mary Chappell Vigers and Leslie Robert's grandfather were brother and sister. Jody
Ji Jody - If you were not aware it was George Vigers who was the architect who designed and built William Munton Bullivants factory on the London wharf which was eventually taken over by British Ropes.
