I am looking for information or a book I can obtain on Himley Coal Mine, any help would be appreciated. I have already looked on the Coal Mining site, really to no avail, but have managed to get the Himley coal mining disassters/accidents of there. Thankyou in advane

Thankyou Paul for that link, I found it very interesting. I'm looking to find info about Himley No 2 mine, as my ancestors were cowners of this mine in the 1880's up until 1902/8 when the mine was abandoned. Once again thankyou

Gosh Paul, Thankyou, I didn't even think about the National Archives, and didn't realise that Dudley would have them, will take a trip over there....my brain goes dead sometimes, and it didn't even cross my mind to look at Dudley Library. Once again thankyou
