Hi,

I've been requested to help a researcher locate the house of his great grandmother.

There may be a family connection to Cold Weston or Monkhopton, both in
Shropshire, but in reality the house may have been anywhere.

The substantial black & white timber framed building was featured in a
painting by H.A. Whittle dated 1856. Nothing about the artist has been found.
