Looking for information on family & descendants of
John COLLING/COLING, born about 1810, Aston Tirrold, Berkshire, England and wife, Martha, born about 1814, Aston Upthorpe, Berkshire, England.
In the 1851 census, John and Martha COLLING are shown living with
Alfred, aged 18

Susan, 12

By 1871, John, 60, and Martha, 56, are still in Aston Upthorpe, shown now only with Richard, age 15.

In 1871, Alfred COLLING, 35, is shown living in London with wife, Hannah, 34, and children,

Two of Alfred and Hannah's sons were later sent to Canada as 'home children'. One of their descendants is researching the family and is particularly interested in tracing Jane (Martha Jane) COLLING, daughter of Alfred COLLING and Hannah.

Hello, thank you for looking these up.
No, I haven't found them in 1841, although there is one very faint entry that might be them - maybe. I need to look at the films for the area.
The children may have all been baptised at Aston Tirrold, but at the Aston Meeting House - Independent.
Some are listed in the IGI, as IS John COOLEN (1806)
