I have managed to find the details on the parents of Elizabeth Rose WEEDEN born 1920 in Bethnal Green.  Grin

Now, not being a Londoner, nor living anywhere close, I am not sure if this comes under London or Middlesex. Cry

However, the details I have are that Elizabeth's parents were Edward WEEDEN  and Elizabeth THORNE They were married in Hackney, 1913, but I cannot find them at all in the 1901 Census - not for the right age span. I believe that Edward's father was Richard, but not having seen the certificate I cannot be certain. Cry Cry

Does anyone have any connections to this family?

I have Elizabeth WEEDEN's siblings as:

Arthur E born 1913 Mile End
William H born 1915 Mile End
Florie B born 1917 West Ham
Rose born 1930 Bethnal Green

I read your message and saw your interest in the THORNE family.

One of my relatives, Margaret Agnes Louise GREENE, married Harold Ernest THORNE on 8th September 1912 in Kentish Town, London. Harold was 29 and Margaret was 21.

Harold's Father was Robert Grimmond THORNE and his Mother was Malena (nee GITSHAM)

I have no information about any children that Harold and Margaret had and would love to know a little bit more about the family.

Any connection?
