Holmside village Laidlaw/Laidler family

Hello
can anyone help me find information on a family with the surname of Laidlaw
in Holmside .
i have an 1838 marriage of a John Laidlaw to a Margaret Patterson their residence is given as Holmside Lane.
John is recorded as a widower  and a labourer.
any help/information would be really appreciated.

Margaret 25 wife b Tweedmouth
Catherine 2 dau b Spittal

I think i have just found what appears to be the family i am looking for in the 1841 in Holmside
John is aged 60 and an ag lab
Margaret is aged 37
the surname is recorded as Laidler Roll Eyes
