1861 - Police Station Southampton Rd Alton.  All surname Rossiter

In 1871 Henry is a widower aged 45 and in lodgings in Chale - no children with him.  Occupation Police constable

Some of the children are all shown as boarders in Ryde with an Annie Cross.  Isabella is shown as Isabel.  Address was Upton Rd Ryde
