OLDHAM 1841/1951 Beeston
« on: Sunday 17 October 04 11:31 UTC (UK) »

Is it possible for sks to find my Oldham family in either census please? Looking for :-

John OLDHAM c. 1808 Beeston
Hannah OLDHAM c.1806 Ilkeston

I have some notes from a family member saying that they were on Poor Row in 1841 and top of Butchers Lane in 1851. In both instances they also had two daughters and a son with them. Unfortunately she does not list the household in detail or give references! As John and Hannah had four daughters baptised in Beeston, according to the NFHS disk, I am keen to see which children survived.

Many thanks, Heather

Excellent result, many thanks for your time Steve. Also gives me an age for Elizabeth as both she and Emma were baptised in 1842. Off now to try and track her down!
