Looking for a friend the following person and family.

Cicely Baldwin born c 1838, latham on the 1841, 1851 and 1871.

on the 1861 she is on a canal boat Juan
1881 on the union canal, Manchester
1891 Cunliffe's Court, Abram.

Would you be able to locate her?
